About Us
We were born in Miami on April 22, 2022 (on the same date that Earth Day is celebrated annually), as the materialization of Franklin Álvarez’s idea.
He is a venezuelan young man who learned from his mother and grandmother confectionery basic notions; that’s why we are the result of a simple 3-generations family pastry tradition that evolved to replace traditional animal sources ingredients and some that have been highly refined, by plant based ingredients and others healthier options and to offer a variety of desserts made with homemade recipes that, in addition to being delicious, take care of us and the world of which we are a part.

Our Philosophy
Our recipes are designed for your well-being, by seeking, with the use of healthy ingredients, a more balanced nutritional contribution than traditional desserts have, thus allowing you to treat yourself to a truly healthy taste. At the same time, we strive for our work to be respectful of animals and the environment, that is why we do not use animal sources ingredients and only use disposable materials from recycling that have an easy and fast biodegradation route.
